Gert De Block is a Belgian national and has been the Secretary General of CEDEC since 1998. After previous work experience as financial analyst and consultant on management information systems, he has been in the public energy sector on Belgian & European level since 1992. Gert holds a master degree in economic sciences and an MBA in financial sciences.
