Gert De Block – Secretary General
Gert De Block is a Belgian national and has been the Secretary General of CEDEC since 1998. Following initial work experiences as financial analyst and consultant, he has been active in the public and local energy sector on Belgian and European level since 1992. He holds a master degree in economic sciences and an MBA in financial sciences.

Stacey Dimitrelos – Office Manager
Stacey Dimitrelos is a Belgian national and as Office Manager she is running the operational side of our activities. Prior to joining CEDEC, she worked as an Office & Facilities Manager for an IT company. Stacey pursued her studies in public relations.

Sophia Milusheva – Senior Policy Officer
Sophia Milusheva has a Bulgarian and Austrian background and holds degrees in Social and political sciences and Environmental policy. Following traineeships at a European Commission’s Agency and at a consulting firm, she previously worked as Policy Officer at a European association focused on local generation.

Daniela Pöhl – Policy Officer
Daniela Pöhl is an Italian national and holds degrees in Political science and European Studies. Following an assignment for the publication of a handbook on EU environmental policy, she previously worked as a Policy Officer at a European association focused on energy storage.
