Gert De Block – Secretary General
Gert De Block is a Belgian national and has been the Secretary General of CEDEC since 1996. After previous work experience as financial analyst and consultant on management information systems, he has been in the public energy sector on Belgian & European level since 1992. Gert holds a master degree in economic sciences and an MBA in financial sciences.

Stacey Dimitrelos – Office Manager
Stacey Dimitrelos is Belgian and started working for CEDEC in January 2024. Prior to joining CEDEC, she worked as an Office & Falicities Manager for an IT company.
Stacey pursued her studies in public relations.

Andrea Przybyla - EU Policy Officer
Andrea Przybyla joined CEDEC in May 2019. Prior to joining CEDEC, she worked in the Brussels office of the German Association of Energy and Water Industries (BDEW) (as advisor on EU climate and environmental policy, renewable energies) and most recently in the Permanent Representation of Austria to the EU (as legal advisor). She has university degrees in Romance languages, International development, and European law and market integration.

Maximillian Kemp - EU Policy Officer
Maximillian Kemp joined CEDEC in August 2022. Prior to joining CEDEC, he worked as legal analyst at the Milieu law & Policy Consulting providing expertise on a broad spectrum of policy areas, with a focus on environment, transport, climate, and energy. He holds a Master’s degree in International and European Law.
